About my Practice

Pauline practices intellectual property law, information technology, competition law and commercial law as an attorney at Astrea. She advises clients on intellectual property matters, including strategic advice, litigation and dispute resolution, agreement drafting, IP audits and portfolio management. She acts for clients in the fashion, gaming, media, technology, retail and consumer goods sectors.

Pauline is trilingual in Dutch, French and English and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in IP and ICT law at KU Leuven. In 2020, Pauline published a book with Intersentia on intellectual property and open source, based on her master thesis for which she was awarded the Flemish Jura Falconis prize as well as the master thesis prize of the Faculty of Law of KU Leuven in 2019.
