Astrea recently advised Down2Earth Capital on its acquisition of a 50 percent stake in the rapidly growing RentalTec, a company that specializes in the rental of electronic test and measurement equipment in the telecom sector, but also sectors such as energy, defense, aerospace and semiconductors.
