The job | Vacancy Financial Employee AP/AR at an ambitious law firm

As AP/AR you are the financial heart of our law firm. Booking purchase and sales invoices, executing VAT returns, preparing payments, booking financial journals, reminding clients, ... No task is too much for you.

In addition, you are the right hand of the finance manager, back up of your other 2 colleagues (credit & collection + invoicing) and you help with various new projects. It is thanks to your administrative and financial skills that our lawyers and financial colleagues excel.

The skills | You have these assets

Are you joining our office soon as AP/AR? Then you easily meet the following qualifications. Let's check:

• You are communicative and financially strong.
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience or further training.
• You work efficiently and you want to complete every assignment successfully, no matter what.
• Everyone can always count on you and you always treat all information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Working with Excel, Word, Powerpoint is no problem for you.
• You have a perfect command of Dutch. A good knowledge of English is a must.
• You have a professional and customer-oriented mindset, even when reminding people of outstanding invoices.
• You step in when your colleagues are busy or on holiday.
