Arthur is an associate at Astrea, focusing on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital and corporate law more broadly.
He advises and assists companies, entrepreneurs and investors in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, investment rounds, restructurings and joint ventures. He also advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance and other strategic matters.
Arthur obtained his Master of Laws from KU Leuven in 2019, followed by an Advanced Master’s in Company Law in 2020. In 2023, he further complemented his legal expertise with financial and economic insights by completing a postgraduate programme in Corporate Finance at KU Leuven.
