Benoit is counsel at Astrea and specializes in environmental law, real estate law, public procurement, and general administrative law.
He has extensive experience in conducting various administrative and civil proceedings, as well as in providing advice on the aforementioned matters. He regularly assists in real estate transactions, both in purely private and public-private relationships.
Benoit has a particular interest in and experience with complex mobility infrastructure and related environmental law issues. He also publishes regularly on this branch of law.
Benoit is a member of the Antwerp Bar and a member of AIJA, an international association of young lawyers, as well as the Flemish Association for Environmental Law (VVOR).
