Ciska Servais is a partner at Astrea, where she heads the real estate law, environmental law, and public law departments. She is an authority in the field of environmental law, particularly in permit procedures, project development, and administrative law.
With more than 30 years of experience in the legal profession, as well as a board member of various companies active in real estate and as a lecturer, Ciska has built up solid expertise in all aspects of environmental law and real estate law. Large, medium-sized, and small companies in the petrochemical industry, project development, and various other sectors rely on her for legal guidance on their cases.
Ciska is known as an out-of-the-box thinker who goes beyond legal advice: she provides concrete, tailor-made solutions that really help clients move forward. In addition to her role at Astrea, she was an independent director at logistics player Montea NV and construction company CFE NV for many years. She is a director at Astrea and Symbiosis SON.
She is also a member of Voka, the Association of Public Law Attorneys, and Guberna.
