Rafaël Keuppens is an associate in Astrea’s Transport & Logistics team. His practice focuses primarily on maritime and transport law.
Rafaël obtained his Master of Laws from KU Leuven and further specialised by completing the English-taught LL.M. in Maritime and Transport Law at Erasmus School of Law (Erasmus University Rotterdam), graduating with distinction in June 2026.
He is a member of the Antwerp Bar and is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
