About my Practice

Frédéric Verspreeuwen is a partner at the Antwerp office of Astrea since 2009. He co-heads the Corporate and M&A practice of Astrea focusing on corporate transactions and restructuring matters in Belgium for multinationals, family-owned businesses, funds and family offices.

He has more than 20 years of experience advising in English, Dutch and French, domestic and international clients on national and international matters, also including complex corporate litigation matters.
