Frederic Verspreeuwen and his team composed of Seppe Laenen, Annalyne Van den Steen and Barbara Terriere, advised the founders of the GeoSQUARE group with the sale of the group to BENCIS CAPITAL and their subsequent reinvestment.
GeoSQUARE, the Belgian expert in geoinformation services, joins forces with investment company Bencis to further realise its strategic growth plans, strengthen its position in the Benelux and expand to other Western European markets.
