Block Exemption Regulation on Vertical Agreements 2022 Barbara Terriere will be moderating a discussion panel on “True and untrue agents in the new Guidelines” at the Annual Conference of International Distribution Institute in Madrid, 10-11 June https://www.idiproject.com. This conference comes at the right time after the adoption of the new VBER by the European Commission on 10 May 2022.
