Astrea provided legal assistance to Simac Techniek NV on its acquisition of a majority interest of 70% in PHI DATA NV. Simac is a technology company which is active as network and system integrator in the Benelux and Middle Europe. PHI DATA is engaged in digitization solutions (so-called “smart edge” solutions) that are close to the core process of the customer and that integrate their physical chain with their digital chain in real time. The Astrea team was led by corporate & technology partner Steven De Schrijver.
