Philippe Willemsens is a counsel at the Brussels office of Astrea and has over 20 years of experience in advising Belgian and foreign multinationals, companies, funds and family-owned businesses on corporate transactions and has been involved in numerous national and cross-border transactions in various sectors involving acquisitions, mergers and demergers, joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance. Philippe is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
